CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The position available for Bali only
The CFO and is directly responsible for management and control of the following critical functions of the finance department :
Account Receivable
Cash �flow Management
Tax Compliance
Core Requirements :
Degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA, CFA or Master Degree is an advantage.
5 to 8 years experiences in public accounting, auditing and/or combination of public/ private experience with financial reporting analysis.
In-depth understanding of accounts receivable, cash flow management and tax compliance functions.
Mastery of knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial/accounting polices, procedures, internal control and management accounting/budgeting.
Proactively initiate changes for accounting system & business process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team over multiple locations.
Experience with finance management systems.
The ability to work with and communicate cleary to shareholders, customers and associates.
Exposure in Life Style/Fashion/ Retail Industry is an advantage.
Must be motivated to lead others.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must possess excellent communication (English-both oral and written), leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, planning, and problem solving skills.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR
The position available for Bali only
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the senior management team by ensuring the effective management and coordinator of all product related activities.
Primary Objectives :
Responsible for how the Oakley brand is represented at a retail level in our stores-both O Stores and Vaults.
Creating a consistent message within stores through effective merchandising and creating concepts.
Executing and developing the retail marketing calendar.
Establish a consistent message is communicated within all Oakley stores.
Create a VSM Visual Merchandising Standards monthly directive. The VSM is to be used as the consistency measure between stores and inline with the wholesales business.
Managing the production and distribution process of all Visual Collateral to stores.
Aware of market trends.
Provide training direction to all stores an VM presentation and merchandising techniques to increase sales and maintain standards instore.
Roll out an efficient and cost effective fixture pack to all stores.
Core Requirements :
Bachelor Degree (S1) in a related discipline from reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in retail management.
Complete immersion in the action sports and fashion cultures.
The ability to work with, and communicate clearly to; shareholder, customers and associates.
Must be motivated to lead others.
Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
Must possess excellent communication (English-both oral ad written), leadership and interpersonal skills.
Organization, planning, and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times.
Ability to plan and prioritized workload.
Willingness to lead by example.
