LABOR COMPLIANCE - Location : Subang, West Java
Requirement:
S1 of Labor Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management from accredited university.
Min two (2) years working experience at the manufacturing company, preferably in labor related field.
Fully understand of Indonesia labor law.
Proficiency in computer as well as English, both writing and speaking.
Ability to conduct training and presentation.
Demonstrate high motivation; possess good communication and strong leadership skill.
Have good relationship with government and non-government institution.
Fresh graduates with strong learning motivation and good basic knowledge of Indonesia labor law are encouraged to apply.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (RECRUITMENT STAFF) - Location : Subang, West Java
Main Job Responsibilities:
Working on projects eg.: Apprentices Schemes. Liaising with Company Departments and the Temporary Recruitment Agency
Preparing job offers, Statement of Terms of Employment and other necessary documentation for new starters prior to their commencement.
Providing administration support to the HR team.
Maintaining the HR database.
Requirements:
Min Diploma Degree majoring in HR Management/Law/Psychology with GPA Min. 2.75
Good analytical thinking and communication skill
Interested in people development
At least 1 year experience in the same position
Good knowledge in labour law and personnel administration
Good knowledge in selection and recruitment process, training need analysis, training process and training evaluation.
Good knowledge in competency based HRM, performance appraisal based on competency, industrial relationship, HR administration and policies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and good command in English both spoken and written
